In the small community of Wakefield, Nebraska, a tragedy unfolded on November 12, 2014, marking the untimely death of 20-year-old Matthew W. Luschen, a Caucasian male. A graduate of Wakefield High School in 2012, he was known for his passion for working on cars and motorcycles, as well as four-wheeling.
