On March 27, 2021, a tragic incident occurred in Omaha, Nebraska, resulting in the death of 27-year-old Loklok Thok. The Omaha Police Department responded to reports of gunfire around 3 a.m. in the area of North 24th and Emmett streets. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
