In the early morning hours of August 2, 2023, the city of Omaha, Nebraska, was marked by a sudden act of violence that claimed the life of Philipp Kuhn, a 46-year-old Caucasian male. Cutler was subsequently booked into Douglas County Corrections on multiple charges, including second-degree murder, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and tampering with evidence.
