Wilson George Coleman III, a 22-year-old male from Scottsbluff, was shot late on Saturday, November 18, 2023. Scottsbluff police officers who were already at Regional West Medical Center around 11 p.m. were alerted by hospital staff to a gunshot victim; Coleman had been shot in the chest and later died at the hospital. The department said the shooting occurred in the 1000 block of 15th Avenue in Scottsbluff and described the case as an isolated incident between individuals who knew each other. ...Read More
