On November 26, 2014, 40-year-old Steven L. Brown, affectionately known as "200," was found in the parking lot near his residence at 19 North Bellwoode Drive in the Bristol Place Townhouses of Newark, Delaware. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and later succumbed to his injuries.
