In the late summer of 2015, concern grew for a 48-year-old White / Caucasian male, Douglas M. Kimball, when friends were unable to reach him. This concern prompted a welfare check at his Felton, Delaware, home on the evening of Sunday, September 6th. What awaited authorities inside the residence on Cabin Ridge Road was a tragic discovery. Kimball was found deceased in his living room, the victim of multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
