Joshua Riley, a 35-year-old White male, was found in the early morning darkness along Hopkins Cemetery Road near Marshyhope Road outside Felton, Delaware. Troopers arrived around 12:30 a.m. on February 27, 2023, after a report of a person lying in a roadside ditch and discovered Riley, of Houston, Delaware, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.
