Do you know who murdered Laura Kramer?
Two people have been charged with murder in the fire at an Anchorage apartment complex that killed three people in February of 2017. Carleigh Fox, 29 and Andrew Eknaty, 30, each face nine counts of second-degree murder, 16 counts of first degree assault, two counts of assault on an unborn child, conspiracy to commit arson, tampering with evidence, and failure to report or control a dangerous fire. Fox is also charged with eluding police.
