Black / African American male Todd Dorn, age 18, of Middletown, Delaware, was fatally shot on the evening of February 18, 2018. He was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper torso in the 500 block of New Street after Middletown Police responded to a shooting call around 8:30 p.m. He was transported to Christiana Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
