Damaris Farmer-Rhamad, 20, a Black/African American male, was shot on the afternoon of October 23, 2019, inside a residence in the 1800 block of Choptank Road in Middletown, Delaware. Troopers responded around 2:25 p.m., and medics rushed him to Christiana Hospital in critical condition. He died the next day, October 24, 2019.
