Damaris Farmer-Rhamad, 20, a Black/African American male, was shot on the afternoon of October 23, 2019, inside a residence in the 1800 block of Choptank Road in Middletown, Delaware. Troopers responded around 2:25 p.m., and medics rushed him to Christiana Hospital in critical condition. He died the next day, October 24, 2019. Authorities later noted he was from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The state medical examiner determined he died from a gunshot wound and ruled the manner of death a homicide ...
