On March 5, 2016, 66-year-old Charles "Charlie" Cross was fatally shot outside his home at 331 Hancock Pond Road in Sebago, Maine. The alleged shooter was 67-year-old David Pinkham of Bridgton, Maine, who was arrested shortly after the incident and charged with murder.
