On July 28, 2023, at approximately 10:09 p.m., a motorist discovered the unresponsive body of 34-year-old Tyler Robinson on the side of Old Belgrade Road in Augusta, Maine. Despite immediate efforts by first responders, Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene. The Office of Chief Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy the following day, ruling the death a homicide.
