The events of May 20, 2022, unfolded at Ready Road Service Towing Company on Riverside Drive, where Morin, a resident of Lewiston, had gone to retrieve his impounded Dodge Charger. Just before 11 a.m., an encounter in the impound lot
turned deadly. Reports from the scene suggest that while Morin was attempting to recover his vehicle, he allegedly drove in a manner that nearly struck an employee of the towing company.
