On May 20, 2022, Tyler Morin, a 36-year-old resident of Lewiston, Maine, was fatally shot at Ready Road Service, a towing company located at 605 Riverside Drive in Augusta. The incident occurred shortly before 11 a.m. According to reports, Morin was at the towing company's impound lot to retrieve his vehicle, a Dodge Charger.
