James Allen Clevenger, a 19-year-old student at Montana State University, was tragically killed on May 15, 1990. He was shot and killed in his dorm room in Langford Hall alongside his roommate, Brian Boeder.

The perpetrator was another MSU student, Brett Byers, who entered their room early in the morning and shot both young men with a 12-gauge shotgun. Byers was apprehended later that day after a high-speed chase with police. He was convicted of two counts of deliberate homicide and sen ...Read More
