On a summer evening in East Glacier Park, Montana, the Siau family was out for a walk when their lives were irrevocably shattered. McKenzie Siau, a 1-year-old White/Caucasian female, was with her family on July 17, 2022, when a man deliberately drove his pickup truck into the group. The driver, identified as Derick Amos Madden, then crashed his vehicle into a tree, emerged with a shotgun, and began a horrific assault on the family.
