On a fall morning in 2009, the life of 25-year-old Hispanic male Irving Romero was cut short in a fatal encounter in Garden City, Idaho. The events of October 19th unfolded at a trailer park on Chinden Boulevard, where Romero was present at a residence with several other individuals. The atmosphere was tense, with some of those present having been using methamphetamine.
