On the evening of February 19, 2020, a 22-year-old White/Caucasian male named Chandler Innarelli was fatally shot in Manchester, New Hampshire. He was inside a vehicle in an alley situated between Bell and Grove Streets, off of Union Street, at the time of the incident. Innarelli was reportedly waiting for his girlfriend and their infant son to join him for a visit to his sister's house.
Just thirty minutes before the shooting, he had been on a FaceTime call with his mother.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene following reports of several gunshots. Innarelli was found with multiple gunshot wounds and transported to Elliot Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office later confirmed that the cause of death was gunshot wounds and officially ruled it a homicide.
In the wake of the shooting, Manchester police cordoned off the area to conduct their investigation. Despite their efforts and pleas to the public for information, the case has grown cold. Witnesses reported hearing the gunshots, but it appears no one saw the shooter, leaving investigators with no description of any potential suspects. As of now, there have been no arrests made in connection with the murder of Chandler Innarelli, and the investigation remains active and ongoing. His family, particularly his mother, continues to advocate for justice and keep his memory alive.
