Sultan Rashed, a 35-year-old resident of Brattleboro, Vermont, was found dead in his car on November 9, 2015. His body was discovered in the parking lot of Brattleboro Collision Auto Body Shop on Old Ferry Road. Initially, his death was considered "untimely" by authorities, a broad category that includes various causes, including homicide.
