In the early hours of a Monday morning, the quiet of a Waterbury Center mobile home park was shattered by gunfire. On October 14, 2024, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Vermont State Police were dispatched to the Kneeland Flats Mobile Home Park following a 911 call reporting a shooting.
