On a Tuesday morning in June of 2018, the life of 57-year-old David Page, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on Lowell Avenue in Providence, Rhode Island. Page was driving his vehicle and had just stopped to pick up a female acquaintance. As she was getting into the car, at least one individual opened fire, striking Page multiple times.
