On the evening of January 19, 2024, a 33-year-old Hispanic female named Jocelyn DoCouto was fatally shot in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. as she was leaving her beauty salon, JaeSlayed Studio, located on Central Avenue.
