In the quiet town of Hopkinton, Rhode Island, the life of 44-year-old Stephanie Francis, a Caucasian female, was brought to a tragic and violent end on July 5, 2024. On that Friday evening, just after 11:45 p.m., local police were called to her home on Stubtown Road for what would become a homicide investigation. Inside, they discovered Stephanie, who had been fatally shot.
