In the early morning hours of February 7, 2016, the quiet streets of Enderlin, North Dakota, were shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 28-year-old Billy Holladay. A White male, Holladay was walking home around 2:30 a.m. after dropping off his young nephew. As he made his way through the community, a pickup truck approached, and multiple gunshots rang out, striking him. The vehicle then fled the scene, leaving Holladay fatally wounded. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
