Hayden R. Staggs, a 16-year-old from Surrey, North Dakota, tragically passed away on April 27, 2019. While initial reports attributed his death to a self-inflicted gunshot wound, an investigation later revealed that he was fatally shot by his 15-year-old friend. The incident occurred at the friend's residence in Surrey.
