Robert Shaw, a 66-year-old male from Pukalani, Hawaii, tragically lost his life on March 2, 2016, in what authorities determined to be an accidental shooting. According to police reports, Shaw was found by a family member seated in a chair at his residence with an apparent gunshot wound. Emergency responders arrived at the scene and found him unresponsive, ultimately pronouncing him dead.
