Marsha Mansker, a 62-year-old woman from Kailua-Kona, died on March 31, 2016, after violence erupted inside a home in the Kona Highlands area on the 73-1200 block of Mahilani Drive. According to the online reports that surfaced that day and the obituary information published afterward, she was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head when police answered a morning report of a shooting.
