The quiet community of Kona Highlands in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii was shaken on the morning of March 31, 2016. Police were called to a residence where they discovered 62-year-old Marsha Mansker deceased with a gunshot wound to the head. Her husband, 70-year-old James Mansker, was present at the scene and subsequently arrested under suspicion of second-degree murder. He was taken into custody by local authorities.
