On December 1, 2022, 57-year-old Phil Huth was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Palm Villas townhouse complex in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, where he served as the property manager. The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. when Huth was seen conversing with a man who had exited a gray vehicle.
