On September 24, 1997, Corporal Anderson Gordon, a 30-year-old officer with the Montgomery Police Department in Alabama, was tragically killed in the line of duty. With over nine years of law enforcement experience, Corporal Gordon was on patrol when he encountered an unforeseen and fatal situation.
