On January 12, 2014, 37-year-old Adam Scott Jordan of Blount, Alabama, was tragically murdered. His body was discovered bound and concealed inside a metal container off Page Springs Road in Blountsville. The Blount County Sheriff's Office conducted a search of a nearby residence, where they recovered the murder weapon, an aluminum baseball bat.
