Rob was a self-employed agricultural farmer, serving as the president of the volunteer fire department, and was an active member of Bushey Creek Baptist Church and the Cattleman's Association. He was known for his generous spirit, often sharing his knowledge to help others succeed, and had a deep affection for his nieces and nephews, whom he loved as his own.
