Just after 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020, officers were sent to the 1600 block of East 27th Street in Casper for a welfare check and found two people dead inside a residence.
The Natrona County coroner identified them as Darren Rowe, 35, and Deidra Michayle Walker Rowe, a 33-year-old female.
