In the spring of 2008, a residence in the 3600 block of Ely Place SE in Washington, D.C., became the scene of a tragic event. On the evening of Thursday, May 29, 37-year-old Angelo S. Moore was discovered inside, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds. The circumstances surrounding his death prompted an immediate investigation by the Metropolitan Police Department.
