Robert Michael Reaves, a 2-year-old White boy from the Leighton area, died on July 14, 2016, after what began as an ordinary visit and ended in a burst of violence no one could take back. Early reports from local authorities said he was at a friend’s home rather than his own when the shooting happened, sometime between about 5:30 and 6:00 that evening.
