In the early hours of a cold Saturday in Washington, D.C., the life of Clyde Graham, Jr. was tragically cut short. On January 24, 2009, at approximately 12:30 a.m., gunshots broke the stillness of the night at 1204 Talbert Street, SE. When police arrived at the scene, they found that Mr. Graham had been shot.
