On April 6, 2011, Joshua Ruffin, aged 20, and Reginald Williams Jr. were both tragically shot and killed in a double homicide incident. The shooting took place around 11:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Yuma Street SE, Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene, where they found both victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Reginald Williams was pronounced dead at the scene, while Joshua Ruffin was transported by DC Fire and EMS to a nearby hospital, where he was la ...Read More
