In the late hours of a Wednesday evening in Washington, D.C., the lives of two young men were tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire. On April 6, 2011, 20-year-old Joshua Jamall Ruffin and 22-year-old Reginald L. Williams Jr. were shot and killed in the 700 block of Yuma Street in Southeast D.C..
