On April 6, 2011, Joshua Ruffin, aged 20, and Reginald Williams Jr. were both tragically shot and killed in a double homicide incident. The shooting took place around 11:20 p.m. in the 700 block of Yuma Street SE, Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department officers responded to the scene, where they found both victims suffering from gunshot wounds.
