On the evening of April 28, 2017, 21-year-old Bradley Nicholas Huey was en route home after visiting his sister in Mobile, Alabama. He never arrived. In the early hours of April 29, police responded to reports of a male down at the intersection of Octavia Drive and Vermillion Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Bradley lying in the street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
