On July 6, 2017, in North Courtland, Alabama, 41-year-old James Lemark Madden was fatally shot inside a mobile home on Rosa Parks Street. The same incident claimed the life of 34-year-old Jimmy Lee Bolding, who was found deceased in the front yard of the residence.
