On August 22, 2017, 25-year-old Christopher Allen was fatally shot in Perdido, Alabama. Allen, a resident of Atmore, had gone to a residence on Dallas Hadley Lane to collect payment for construction work he had completed. An argument ensued between Allen and 31-year-old Justin Bryan Still, also from Atmore, over the alleged debt.
