On February 20, 2018, four-year-old Zachary Jace Duke tragically died in Moulton, Alabama, from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. at his home on County Road 181 in the Pinhook community. Authorities believe Zachary accessed a loaded firearm, mistaking it for a toy, and accidentally shot himself in the chest.
