On the evening of March 31, 2018, 35-year-old Al Jamard Frank was fatally shot in Birmingham, Alabama. At approximately 10:00 p.m., officers responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex located at 1430 F.L. Shuttlesworth Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered Mr. Frank lying in the parking lot, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to UAB Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
