On a Tuesday evening in the summer of 2018, the life of 21-year-old Quadarius Lamar Long, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On June 26th, in the 600 block of Judkins Court in Tuskegee, Alabama, Long was fatally shot. The incident prompted an immediate and thorough investigation by the Tuskegee Police Department as they worked to uncover the motive behind the violent act.
