In the early morning hours of Saturday, March 27, 2010, the life of 34-year-old William Rhames, a male resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically cut short. At approximately 5:12 a.m., Rhames was in front of an apartment building located at 1230 Southern Avenue, SE, when he was shot multiple times.
