On October 3, 2010, Michael Manuel Moss-Cornish, a 22-year-old male, was fatally shot in the 600 block of Harvard Street, NW, Washington, D.C. The incident took place at approximately 12:56 AM, with police arriving at the scene shortly thereafter.
