In the summer of 2019 in Tuskegee, Alabama, the life of 18-year-old Cedric Cyshun Howard was tragically cut short. On the evening of Saturday, July 6th, Howard, a young Black man, was inside a local McDonald's where he encountered 23-year-old Jamal Brown.
