On January 12, 2020, at approximately 1 p.m., Montgomery Police and Fire Medics responded to a report of a deceased individual in the 5900 block of Monticello Drive. Upon arrival, they discovered 32-year-old James Courtney "Strawberry" McCord inside a vehicle, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
