On August 14, 2020, at approximately 11:18 a.m., Montgomery Police and Fire Medics responded to a shooting incident in the 4900 block of Plaza Drive in Montgomery, Alabama. Upon arrival, they discovered 24-year-old Aaron Albright suffering from a fatal gunshot wound; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other individuals were also injured during the incident.
