On a tragic Tuesday morning in Montgomery, Alabama, the life of 63-year-old Loretta Butler was cut short by an act of violence that continues to baffle investigators. On June 9, 2020, officers and medics were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Garden Homes Circle around 6:49 a.m. following a report of a shooting.
