On July 25, 2021, 41-year-old Nakeshia Thalia Biggs-Lowe was fatally shot in her Adamsville, Alabama, home. The incident occurred in the 5500 block of Crestview Drive, where she was pronounced dead at 3:07 p.m. The Jefferson County Coroner reported that Biggs-Lowe died from a gunshot wound to the head.
