Sharon Dianne Teal Askew, a 53-year-old white female from Oneonta, Alabama, died on November 21, 2021, after she was shot inside her home during what began as a domestic dispute. Deputies were dispatched a little after 6 p.m. to 72 Moorer Lane; they found Askew on the living room floor with a single gunshot wound and pronounced her dead at the scene.
