Ronald Joe Barnett Sr., a 42-year-old man from Foley, Alabama, was fatally shot on February 13, 2023, in a homicide that shocked both his family and the local community. Barnett was found with gunshot wounds at a residence in Foley, and despite attempts to save him, he was declared dead at the scene by emergency responders. The incident took place in the evening hours, and law enforcement was quickly called to the property after receiving reports of shots fired.
